Full Planning Approval for 514 units at Gartons Lane, St Helens

APD assisted Taylor Wimpey in the design of 514 units at Gartons Lane, St Helens, which has recently gained planning approval at planning committee, in line with the planning officer recommendation.

The site is located on nearly 50 acres of greenfield land, with two points of vehicular access, one off Gartons Lane and one off Jubits Lane. 359 homes of the homes will be open market, and 155 will be affordable. 7.5 acres of open space will also be provided, along with over 600 new trees.
