350 new homes approved by Warrington Council

Warrington Council voted in favour of 3 sites, including Bellway’s Goldborne Road, Winwick and Deacons Close, Croft, at the council’s development management committee meeting on 18th December.

APD assisted Bellway homes in the design of both Goldborne Road and Deacons Close for a total of 224 units.
