HOUSE TYPE AND CHARACTER ASSESSMENT

APD have assisted both Bellway Homes North West and Duchy Homes in the preparation of a reserved matters planning application for 343 residential dwellings at the site known as the Land off Garstang Lane and Copp Lane, Great Eccleston. Bellway Homes North West will deliver 228 homes, with Duchy Homes providing the remaining 115. APD also assisted in gaining outline planning approval on the site in 2022.
